Terms and Conditions for Bakame
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Bakame platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Bakame platform.
2. Use of the Platform
You agree to use the Bakame platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. You are prohibited from using the platform to:

- Transmit any material that is unlawful, harmful, or offensive.
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Bakame platform.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Bakame platform or its systems.
3. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and patents, related to the Bakame platform and its content are owned by Bakame or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Bakame platform for your personal, non-commercial use only.
4. Limitation of Liability
Bakame is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Bakame platform, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
5. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Rwanda.
6. Modifications
Bakame reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on the Bakame website.
